All residents of Otter Tail County, current and future, should have access to safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities. Housing is a unique and multi-faceted component of the county’s community development efforts, which are performed by the Community Development Agency (CDA) and Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA).
The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners and the Otter Tail County HRA co-created the Otter Tail County Housing Trust Fund as a funding source to increase the supply and quality of housing in our communities.
