Septic System Loan Program
Low Interest Septic Replacement Loan
Low interest loans are available to replace non-compliant subsurface sewage treatment systems (SSTS). Otter Tail County serves as the lender, as the cost of the system is assessed to the property owner’s property taxes, which is paid off over ten years. Please click below for more information.
Loans are made possible through a grant by The Minnesota Clean Water Partnership (CWP) and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
