Otter Tail County Human Services is not a private adoption agency. However, adoption is a permanency option achieved through Child Protection Involvement (CHIPS) in which a Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) is court ordered.

Foster Adopt Minnesota (FAM) is committed to the right of every child to a permanent, nurturing family. Since 1980, FAM has been dedicated to the recruitment of adoptive families for Minnesota waiting children, advocating on behalf of adoptive, kinship and foster families, and maximizing opportunities for successful adoptions. Since we are not a child-placing agency, we can fully advocate for the children needing adoptive families.
Zero Means Everything
