Fireworks Permit
The county Auditor’s Office issues and administers outdoor fireworks display permits for individuals or groups wishing to display fireworks in Otter Tail County not located a city or town. To apply for a permit, please contact the Auditor’s Office.
Requirements
Complete Fireworks Display Application form. Include:
- Proof of a bond or certificate of insurance minimum $600,000.00
- Diagram of the grounds or facility at which the display to be held.
- Names of all assistants that will be participating in the display
- Application signed by county sheriff
$25 application fee payable to the Otter Tail County Treasurer
