Utility Permit
Effective January 1, 2026
There will be a $250.00 fee per permit for the first mile of parallel installation and/or crossing and $50.00 for each additional mile.
Anyone interested in installing, replacing or maintaining any utilities on a county right-of-way must be granted permission to do so. A Utility Permit Application must be submitted via Otter Tail County’s online permit application and payment system.
