Liquor Licenses
All private retail dealers in alcoholic beverages shall obtain a license from the local municipal governing body for retail sale, and shall keep and post the license certificate in a conspicuous location in their place of business.

The county Auditor’s Office issues and administers on-sale and off-sale liquor licenses for retailers located in Otter Tail County not located in a city or town. To apply or renew a license, please contact the Auditor’s Office.
