Apply for a New Passport
Passport applications are being accepted by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Please call in advance to schedule and learn of the documents you will need to take to your appointment. Please call the Otter Tail County Treasurers office at 218-998-8295.

Passport Photos
The Otter Tail County License Center takes passport photos between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and no appointment is necessary. The photograph fee is $15.00.
