Businesses that make retail sales of cigarettes and tobacco products to the public in Minnesota are required to have a special retailer’s license.
License Requirements for Retailers MN Department of Revenue
The county Auditor’s Office issues and administers tobacco licenses for retailers located in Otter Tail County not located a city or town. To apply or renew a license, please contact the Auditor’s Office.

- Licenses valid January 1 to December 31
