The Otter Tail County License Center does not offer written or behind-the wheel driver’s license testing.

To schedule an appointment, or view other testing locations please visit the Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services website or call 651-201-7777. Exam appointments are scheduled 30 days out and are updated frequently so be sure to check back if you don’t find a time that works for you.
