Otter Tail County Solid Waste loans out supplies to reduce waste at events, including

Pop up recycling bins with clear bags
Recycling trailer with 20 pop up recycling bins and clear bags – for use at large events
NEW – Food waste collection bins and compostable bags for collecting food waste and compostable products at smaller events

To reserve event recycling supplies, please fill out the form completely. Staff from the Recycling Center will contact you regarding your reservation request within one week.

Disclaimer/Agreement Statement*
I understand that by using the event recycling supplies provided by Otter Tail County Solid Waste:
• I am responsible for the pick-up and drop-off of recycling bins at the OTC Recycling Center (1115 North Tower Road, Fergus Falls) on the dates/times above.
• Bins must be returned in the same condition in which they were given (clean and undamaged).
• I am responsible for setting up, monitoring, and taking down recycling bins at my event using the best practices provided to me.
• Extra bags must be returned with the bins. Please consolidate recycling into as few bags as possible and return empty bags.
• I may be invoiced for lost or damaged equipment.

Only Solid Waste employees are authorized to transport the trailer. Please provide sufficient detail to ensure the trailer is delivered to the correct spot and arrange to meet the trailer on arrival.
