Reporting Property Damages
Please fill out this form to report damage to your home, business, or community infrastructure following significant severe weather and other major disasters. Your reports help provide local communities, and county, state, and federal authorities better understand where and how locations were impacted by significant storms and major disasters. Submitted reports will also help expedite public and individual assistance following major disasters.

Tips
- Take pictures up close to capture specific points of damage; also take pictures of the whole area.
- Make sure pictures are not blurry.
- If the pictures are hard to capture, use the Additional Notes or Information field to describe the photos to help portray the damage.
