The Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) hereby announces that it is accepting proposals for Auditor Services for 2026 through 2028, with an option for two one-year extensions. The HRA fiscal year begins January 1 and continues through December 31 of each year.

The proposer must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the “Proposal And Contract Between The Otter Tail County Housing And Redevelopment Authority And Independent Public Accountant For Audit Services”.
