NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY 2026 ANNUAL PLAN, THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN, THE PUBLIC HOUSING ADMISSIONS AND OCCUPANCY PLAN, THE PUBLIC HOUSING 2026-2030 CAPITAL FUND 5 YEAR ACTION PLAN AND THE SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT DEFINITION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority has prepared the 2026 Annual Plan, proposed changes to both the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan as well as the Public Housing Program Admissions and Occupancy Plan 2026-2030 Public Housing Capital Fund 5 Year Action Plan. A draft of the 2026 Annual Plan, proposed changes to both the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan, the Public Housing Program Admissions and Occupancy Plan and the 2026-2030 Public Housing Capital Fund 5 Year Action Plan and the Significant Amendment definition are available for review at the HRA office located at 500 W. Fir Avenue, Fergus Falls, Minnesota and on its website at https://bit.ly/2026-hra-annual-plan. A public comment period is hereby in effect from the date of publication of this Notice through Monday, September 29, 2025. A public hearing to review the plan will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, shortly after the meeting starts at 12:45 p.m. at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 510 W. Fir Avenue, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
