Notice Of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period for the Annual Plan, 2027 Public Housing Capital Fund Plan, Definition of Significant Amendment, Proposed 2027 Public Housing Administrative and Continued Occupancy Plan and Lease Changes, Proposed 2027 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan Changes
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority has prepared the 2027 Annual Plan, 2027 Public Housing Capital Fund Plan, Definition of Significant Amendment, Proposed 2027 Public Housing Administrative and Continued Occupancy Plan and Lease Changes, Proposed 2027 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan Changes. The proposed plans and documents are available for review in the Administrative Office of the Otter Tail County Government Service Center located at 500 W. Fir Avenue, Fergus Falls, Minnesota and on its website at https://ottertailcounty.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/hra-annual-plan.pdf. A public comment period is hereby in effect from the date of publication of this notice through Monday, August 24, 2026. Anyone interested in commenting on the plan may do so in writing or by attending the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed c/o Amy Baldwin, Executive Director, 500 W. Fir Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN, 56537. A public hearing to review the plans and documents will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, shortly after the meeting starts at 12:45 p.m. at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 510 W. Fir Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN. Anyone needing reasonable accommodations, or an interpreter should contact the HRA at 218-998-8730.
