The Adult Mental Health Local Advisory Council is established by state statute and advocates for a full array of accessible services including education, prevention, intervention, coordination and treatment to all Otter Tail County residents with mental illness and mental health needs. The Council reviews and evaluates existing services within the county; advises County Commissioners about policies, programs and unmet needs; and promotes family and community involvement in the delivery of services.

Meetings
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 11:30 in the Dead Lake Room at the Government Services Center and online via Teams. Meetings are open to all members of the public.
